Starting Point
Starting Point icon button in the circular menu brings up the Starting Point Template dialog as shown in Figure.
Land Fleet and Land Vehicles
To add a land vehicle fleet to the starting point, click on the Add Fleet button which brings up the Fleet Template. User can configure the Fleet Route Color as well as the Fleet Interval, the time taken for a fleet to leave the staring point after the previous fleet. When the configuration is done, click on Update to add the land vehicle fleet which is displayed in the Land Fleets in Starting Point list box. User can then update or delete the fleet by selecting the fleet in the list box and click on either Update Fleet or Del Fleet respectively.
After the fleet is added into the starting point, user may add land vehicles to the fleet. Select the fleet for which land vehicles are to be added in the Land Fleet in Starting Point list box. Click on the Add Vehicle button to bring up the Land Vehicle Template. In the template, specify the Vehicle Model. And then, press OK to add the vehicle to the fleet. After the land vehicle is added to the land fleet, user may update or delete the vehicle by having the vehicle selected in the Land Vehicles in Fleet list box and clicking either Update Vehicle or Del Vehicle.
After a land vehicle is added, the Count field in the Land Fleets in Starting Point list box is automatically updated.
Marine Fleet and Marine Vessels
The processes of creation, updation and deletion of marine fleet and marine vessels for the starting point are similar to that of land fleet and land vehicles. Therefore, it is omitted here.
Air Fleet and Air Assets
The processes of creation, updation and deletion of air fleet and air assets for the starting point are similar to that of land fleet and land vehicles. Therefore, it is omitted here.
Standalone Air Assets
To add a standalone aircraft to the starting point, click on the Add Aircraft button of the Starting Point Template, which brings up the Aircraft Template. In the template, specify the Vehicle Model from the combo box and then press OK to add the aircraft to the starting point.
Once the user is satisfied with land/marine/air vehicle fleets and any standalone vehicles to be added to the starting point, user can click on the OK button of the Starting Point Template to create the starting point. User can press Cancel to roll back all the operations of creation fleets and vehicles.
After the starting point is created, user can update or delete it by clicking the marker icon representing the starting point on the map, which brings the Marker Configuration circular menu. By choosing Update Marker or Remove Marker, user can update or delete the selected starting point.
